Jewelers unBLOCKed Hires Relationship Executive

RAPAPORT... Jewelry underwriter Jewelers
unBLOCKed has appointed Don Saltmarsh as relationship executive to expand the
company’s program.
Saltmarsh, who has 15 years’ experience
in the field, was formerly executive vice president at Cornell Group, a risk
management, insurance and human capital firm, according to a statement February
4. Before
Cornell, Saltmarsh was in commercial risk & business development with
Willis Towers Watson.
“With his extensive experience, reputation
and business acumen, Don is exceptionally qualified to contribute to the
expansion of our platform and continued growth of Jewelers unBLOCKed,” president
and chief executive officer Patricia Low said. “We look forward to enlarging
our footprint in the luxury space, particularly the jewelry industry, through
Don’s unique skillset.”
Jewelers unBLOCKed is the
national exclusive managing general underwriter for multinational A++ rated
insurance companies in the jewelers block and
luxury space, the statement said.
