USPTO Grants Industry Trademarks to Dillard's, Alex Woo and Others

RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) issued the trademark "Dillard's Diamond Collection" to Dillard's Corporation of Little Rock, Arkansas on September 16 with registration number  4606903. The department store chain applied for the trademark on July 18, 2013 and it refers to jewelry made with diamonds. "Dillard's Diamond Collection" was first used in commerce in January 2013. 

The USPTO issued Monark Global Ltd. of London, England the trademark "TRU Diamonds" on September 16 with registration number 4606753. The trademark consists of the letters "TRU" and the word "diamonds," separated by a diamond. The trademark refers to retail jewelry stores and it was first used in commerce in October 2013. 

Alex Woo Inc. of New York City received the U.S. trademark "What's Your Icon" on September 16 with registration number 4605641.  "What's Your Icon" was first used in commerce in April 2014 and refers to diamonds, jewelry, watches and precious metals for use in manufacturing sculptures, among other items.

Seraph Designs Ltd. of Hong Kong received the U.S. trademark "LEXTIA" on September 16 with registration number 4604143. The trademark refers to rough and polished gemstones, diamonds, coral, precious metals and their alloys and jewelry, along with ornaments, watches and cases. "LEXTIA" was first used in commerce in April 2013. 

The USPTO issued the trademark "White Magic" to FMTM Distribution Ltd. of Isle of Man, U.K., on September 16 with registration number  4604351. FMTM applied for the trademark in September 2013, which refers to precious metals and their alloys, watches, timepieces, gemstones, diamonds, jewelry, ornaments and cases, among other items. 

The LD Retail Group LLC of New York City received the trademark "Anibel & Spring" on September 9 with registration number 4601105. The trademark request was filed on February 7,  refers to jewelry and  was first used in commerce January 31.
