RAPAPORT... Super Bell Jewelry, a jewelry distributor based in Los Angeles, California, has signed a strategic agreement with Zalemark Holding Company, a product design and development company, to jointly promote, distribute and manufacture certain jewelry brands.

Super Bell’s more than 1,000 retail jewelry stores will create economies of scale, enabling Zalemark to be competitive in pursuing the major superstores and allowing them to keep their margins, the pair said in a statement March 6. Super Bell’s customers are mainly independent store owners who have told the company they need well-positioned brands to drive “online-to-offline” sales traffic.

Zalemark, based in Sherman Oaks, California, will integrate its corporate offices into Super Bell’s facility in downtown Los Angeles that will include a showroom for the brands, trade-show positioning and marketing support.

“This winning relationship allows both companies to perform at the highest level and allows Zalemark to reach its goals in all aspects of its business and performance of its brands for the benefit of the shareholders,” said Raymond Ruiz, chief executive officer of Zalemark, which is listed on OTC Pink Current.
