Joseph DuMouchelle to Auction Jewels Estimated at up to $1.2M

RAPAPORT... New York-based Joseph DuMouchelle will auction jewels with individual estimations of up to $1.2 million online on March 11.

The top lot is a 54.59-carat unheated Ceylon sapphire and 18-karat gold pady’s necklace by Chatila, estimated at $800,000 to $1.2 million, according to a catalog on the auctioneer’s website.

Also available are a platinum, “classic” Burma ruby and diamond necklace and earrings set, which contains 345 round brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 17.46 carats and 81 pear-shape diamonds totaling about 8.60 carats.

An 18-karat yellow gold and 19.14-carat heart-shape diamond lady's ring is listed with an estimate of $200,000 to $250,000.
