RAPAPORT... The Jewelry Information Center (JIC) launched a consumer sweepstakes that awards a $500 gift card prize, redeemable at any Jewelers of America-member jewelry stores. This "A Little Bit of Bling" sweepstakes expires on November 13, 2012, at 12 p.m. (EST), the group requires entrants to ''like'' their Facebook page and fill out the entry form. The winner will be selected in a random drawing among all eligible entries received. As of today, JIC has built a Facebook following of more than 4,450. "Who doesn't need a little bit of bling before the holidays? Our Facebook sweepstakes will let one lucky fan treat themselves – or their loved ones – to jewelry. The best part is that the $500 jewelry gift card is redeemable at the reputable jewelry stores of Jewelers of America members across the country," said Amanda Gizzi of the JIC. The sweepstakes is sponsored by Perfect Circle® Jewelry Insurance by Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company.
