The auction house stated the presale estimate is in the multi-million dollar range.  The sale includes more than 300 lots of inventory, including a 158-carat emerald and diamond necklace suite with a ring, bracelet and earrings that Ritchies valued at $750,000. ritchies jewelry

Additionally, the auction includes a rare Patek Phillipe Astronomical timepiece, fine jewelry and watches and important charcoal drawings.

"As an auctioneer, I am proud to be entrusted with a collection of such caliber. These types of pieces are usually reserved for markets like New York, London and Hong Kong," said  Kashif Khan, the managing director of Ritchies Auctioneers. "Rare heirlooms like these are usually found in the estates of the world wealthiest families.  It is not often that they come to be sold to the highest bidder."
