Zales Selected as Ring Provider to Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame

RAPAPORT... Zales Jewelers has been named as the official ring
provider to the 2016-18 enshrinement classes of the Naismith Basketball Hall of
Fame, a Massachusetts-based organization that promotes the sport at various
levels.
As part of the arrangement, Zales will host a series of
‘hometown celebrations’ giving fans the opportunity to meet members of the Hall
of Fame, a list acknowledging stars of the sport. A special exhibition of
official enshrinement rings will also be on display at the Hall of Fame,
according to a statement February 18.
“The enshrinement ceremony is a special time for these
legendary players and coaches to reflect on their careers, and the ring is a
lasting symbol of their achievements,” said John Dolvea, president and chief
executive officer of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. “That’s why
we were focused on finding a partner who shared in our passion for celebrating
excellence and we found that in Zales.”
