Graff has bought the New York property that has housed its flagship boutique for nearly 20 years, the London-based jeweler said Tuesday.

The building, at 710 Madison Avenue on the corner of 63rd Street, was designed by celebrated US architect Peter Marino, who has also created stores for other high-profile clients, including Calvin Klein, Chanel, Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton.

Graff purchased the site, which has been its home since 2001, to ensure the company can remain in the location long-term.

Madison Avenue is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, an exclusive area that holds many luxury and designer stores.
