Dupuis Fine Jewellery Auctioneers Inc. of Toronto appointed Duncan Parker as vice president and jewelry specialist. Parker was previously the director of research at Harold Weinstein Ltd., has advised innumerable clients on the disposition of personal jewelry and served as president of the Canadian Gemmological Association since 1995.
