RAPAPORT... Worldwide Jewelry and Pawn, along with  Facet Jewelry, Music & Pawn, selected Bravo Store Systems LLC to migrate its enterprise systems across the retail chain  to the Bravo Enterprise Platform. Bravo Systems' next-generation software offers  enterprise business solutions on its cloud-based platform to enable ecommerce, social media, encyclopedic product evaluation, customer relationship management (CRM) and data warehouse business intelligence (BI).

Frank Massa, the CEO of the Worldwide  and Facet jewelry and pawn chains, said, "In choosing Bravo Store Systems for Worldwide Jewelry and Pawn, we were looking for a company and a system that met our core values and expectations of what it takes to operate multiple pawnshops today. Our company researched for well over 12 months, met onsite with Bravo's customers and it was hands down Bravo. Bravo met our requirements as a long-time established company with features, processes, and products for today and the future."

Bravo's Enterprise Cloud Platform provides  multiple store operators a choice of what they need as well as exclusive operating processes and regulatory compliance adaptation.  The Bravo platform delivers customer engagement initiatives and increases operational efficiencies, optimizes workflow,  coordinates product information and delivers analytics.

Steve Mack, Bravo's CEO and founder, said, "Worldwide Jewelry and Pawn management had a set of requirements in finding a system to meet the multiple store business needs, ecommerce, eBay, text messaging, social media and ease of use. Bravo was the clear choice. We are pleased Worldwide Jewelry and Pawn is taking advantage of our On-Campus Training at Bravo. We have an intense three-day training program that includes actual work at a local pawn shop also using Bravo."
