Pandora topped an annual rating comparing responsible sourcing by the 10 largest companies in the fashion industry.

For the second year running, the jeweler ranked ahead of luxury vendors, including Kering, Richemont, LVMH and Swatch Group on MSCI’s yearly Environmental, Social and Governmental (ESG) report.

The investment bank graded Pandora highly for its responsible purchasing of gold and silver, as well as its labor conditions.

“We are dedicated to making our jewelry as sustainable as possible, while also making sure that our employees all over the world enjoy good working conditions,” Trine Pondal, Pandora’s head of sustainability, said Tuesday. “We believe that our initiatives in this area not only benefit Pandora, but also our suppliers and the rest of the jewelry industry.”

The report also graded the companies for their carbon footprints, chemical safety and corporate governance.
