Automatically sync the Rapaport Calendar to your Outlook, iCal, or Webmail

Now you can have all of the leading international jewelry and diamond events directly in your outlook or webmail with the Rapaport Internet Calendar. Once you have set up your calendar it will automatically update with new industry events. Just follow the easy steps below and your schedule is set.

How to Subscribe to the Rapaport Internet Calendar with Outlook 2007/2010:

1. Click on this link: Rapaport Web Calendar for the Internet Calendar Subscription. You might be prompted to acknowledge that you are opening a hyperlink. Click Yes.

2. At the prompt, Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates, click Yes.



The Internet Calendar opens in side-by-side view in the Outlook Calendar and is added to the Navigation Pane in Calendar view under Other Calendars. The calendar will check periodically for any updates made by the calendar publisher.



How to Subscribe to the Rapaport Internet Calendar with Mac iCal:

1. Click on this link: Rapaport Web Calendar for the Internet Calendar Subscription.



2. Type in a Name for the Calendar.



3. If you want iCal to update your copy of this calendar when changes to it are published on the Internet, choose the update frequency from the “Auto-refresh” pop-up menu.



4. Click the OK button.

How to Subscribe to the Rapaport Internet Calendar with Gmail Calendar:

1. Copy this link:


2. Open Google Calendar

3. On the Left Side bar -> Other Calendars -> Click on the arrow down and Select “Add by URL”



4. Paste the copied URL and click “Add Calendar”



How to Subscribe to the Rapaport Internet Calendar with Yahoo! Calendar:

1. Copy this link:


2. Now, click on the "+" next to "Calendars" on the left side of the page. Then click Subscribe to Calendar.



3. Paste the copied link into "Email or iCal Address:" and click "Next".


4. Type "Rapaport Calendar" or any other name into "Display as:" and click "Save".



How to Subscribe to the Rapaport Internet Calendar with AOL Calendar:

1. Copy this link:


2. Now, click on the "Calendar" on the left side of the page. Then click "Action" on the top and choose "Subscribe to Calendar".



3. Enter the name for the Calendar and paste the copied link into "Enter the ical URL for calendar ..." and click "Subscribe".



Importing the Rapaport iCalendar for your Outlook or Webmail

If you have trouble subscribing to the Rapaport Internet Calendar, or you would like to import the events directly to your personal calendar in outlook, please use the instructions below to download the Rapaport iCalendar. If you use the Rapaport iCalendar rather than the Rapaport internet calendar, will not be automatically updated and you will have to check back here every quarter to receive the new Rapaport iCalendar file.

Download the file below and use the instructions to import the Rapaport Calendar into your outlook or webmail.
Note: When downloading the file click "save" and not "open"

How to Import the Rapaport iCalendar (.ics) into Outlook 2007/2010:

1. Download and Save (.ics) to you computer
2. In Outlook 2010 Click on the File Tab -> Open -> Import
In Outlook 2007 Click on the File Menu then click on Import and Export
3. Highlight “Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs)” then click Next



4. Choose the location where the Rapaport iCalendar (.ics) file was saved and Click on Ok.



5. Once the file is chosen the data will import to Open as New or Import



6. When the Open as New is chosen the file will open as a separate Calendar beside the Personal Exchange Calendar. Click the Import to actually import the data to your calendar.

How to Import the Rapaport iCalendar (.ics) into Gmail:

1. Download and Save (.ics) to you computer
2. Open Google Calendar
3. On the Left Side bar -> My Calendar -> Click on “Settings” and Select “Import Calendar”


4. Click on Browse -> select the .ics Rapaport Calendar file -> Choose your calendar and click “Import”
