Sarin Changes Name to Sarine Technologies

RAPAPORT... Sarin Technologies, manufacturer of equipment used in the diamond-cutting sector, officially changed its name to Sarine Technologies Ltd. as of January 21. The change, which added an ''e'' to its original company name, follows a resolution passed during an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders that was held in December. Final approval for the change was obtained from the Registrar of Companies of Israel on January 20.
The company's name change will also take effect on the main board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited as of 9 a.m. on January 27.
