RAPAPORT... Diamcor Mining Inc. closed a second offering through a non-brokered private placement, raising $474,180 on March 21, following its previously announced private placement on March 12 that raised $3 million.
Proceeds will be used to support advancing Diamcor's Krone-Endora at Venetia diamond project in South Africa as well as for general corporate and administrative purposes. Diamcor Mining has established a long-term strategic rough diamond supply alliance with Tiffany & Co. The junior mining company holds prospecting rights over the farms Krone 104 and Endora 66, which represent a combined surface area of approximately 5,888 hectares directly adjacent to De Beers Venetia diamond mine in South Africa.
