Pandora ‘Acquitted’ in Court Case over Company Announcements

RAPAPORT... Pandora said it had been acquitted on all accounts by the
Eastern High Court in Copenhagen in a case relating to the Denmark-based
jeweler’s downward adjustment of revenue growth expectations in August 2011.
The district court in Glostrup, Denmark, found the
company should have announced its adjustment by July 18, 2011. Pandora
appealed, it said in a statement February 23.
The verdict will have no impact on Pandora's outlook for
2016, as latest communicated to the market February 9, the statement added.
