RAPAPORT... The U.S. will chair the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme in 2012, according to South Africa's Business Day newspaper. South Africa will become vice chair of the Kimberley Process next year and subsequently become chair in 2013, the tenth anniversary of the scheme, according to South Africa's Mineral Resources Minister, Susan Shabangu.
