RAPAPORT... Ben Bridge Jeweler will open a new flagship store in El Paso, Texas on March 23 at the former Lacy & Co. boutique, marking the chain store's eighth location in Texas.  The company reported that nearly all of the sales associates from Lacy & Co. will join Ben Bridge under the direction of store manager Briana Gartin, an eight-year veteran of Ben Bridge. Lacy & Co.'s former owners, Ellen and Charles Lacy, will remain active in the new store as advisors and community ambassadors, according to Ben Bridge. The jeweler plans to host a grand opening and community celebration on  April 18.

“We were drawn to El Paso because of the Lacy’s customer service legacy and the dedicated sales associates who have made the store an amazing success,” said Lisa Bridge, the vice president of education at Ben Bridge. “We have been in Texas for quite some time, so the new location will be a beautiful addition to our family. We look forward to being a part of the El Paso community for many years to come.”

Ellen Lacy said, “Ben Bridge Jeweler is well regarded in the industry as a high-quality, ethical and financially strong company. After making the difficult decision to close our store, we approached the Bridge’s because of our longstanding friendship and mutual admiration. We wanted someone wonderful to continue our store’s legacy and provide the highest level of care to our loyal customers. We are so pleased that Ben Bridge will continue our commitment to the community.”
