RAPAPORT... Stuller, a U.S.-based jewelry manufacturer that started offering synthetic diamonds earlier this year, has become the latest member of a trade organization for the lab-grown diamond industry.

“We are very pleased to welcome Stuller to our association,” said Richard Garard, patron member and secretary-general of the International Grown Diamond Association (IGDA), which was set up in February. “In the last four months since our launch, more than 20 companies and technical experts have signed up for membership.”

IGDA’s members are based in the U.S., China, Singapore, India, Philippines, Russia, Canada and Hong Kong, it said.
