Martin Rapaport, the chairman of the Rapaport Group of Companies, presented the ''State of the Diamond Industry'' to the New York Diamond Dealers Club (DDC) on July 24. Rapaport's industry overview was the first in a series of guest speakers the DDC expects to schedule at the club in the coming months.
