Mariah Carey Plans Jewelry Launch on HSN

RAPAPORT... Singer Mariah Carey will launch a lifestyle brand on the Home Shopping Network (HSN) on November 29, which includes an exclusive collection of jewelry and footwear along with a limited-edition fragrance and her latest  album, “Merry Christmas II You.”

The jewelry line was described as "stylish and feminine" with pave detailing and colorful stone accents. Highlights include a pave-set initial pendant that hangs from a stone-by-the-yard chain and butterfly earrings with crystal accents available pink or blue. Prices range from  $39.99 to $199.95.  

Mindy Grossman, chief executive of HSN, said that this lifestyle brand would capture Carey's creative sensibility as well as the different facets of her life.   "From the moment we met her, there was a great connection and a shared passion for beautiful products and entertaining experiences.  This lifestyle collection is a reflection of her unique personal style," Grossman said.

Carey added, "I am always eager to push my creativity into new directions. After meeting Mindy Grossman, I jumped at the opportunity to develop my own collection of shoes and baubles, and to enhance my fragrance offering."
