In the Rapaport weekly news broadcast for September 7, we addressed how online retailers should prepare for the all-important Christmas shopping season, and this week the news team brings retailers and diamond brands important tips on how to reach out, real-time, to shoppers in an effort to improve face-to-face store sales.  Pam Danziger, the president of Unity Marketing and expert on the shopping habits of wealthy consumers, says that Christmas 2011 will be a challenge for  brands and retailers who do not develop partnerships, think creatively in their stores, train employees on salient talking points and build awareness in their local communities to bring in shoppers.
