RAPAPORT... The Jewelry Information Center (JIC) partnered with the American Gem Society (AGS) to produce the ''Supplier Fashion Show'' along with a showcase reception at the 2012 AGS Conclave in Miami on  April 25.

The fashion show provides an exclusive look at the jewelry collections of 34 leading designers, so the runway will undoubtedly come alive with new pieces and dresses by Chloe & Reese.  Fashion show suppliers will be treated to a post-show cocktail reception and at that point retailers can see the jewelry up close on the models and view additional jewelry in the designer's showcases.

"The American Gem Society is delighted to provide this opportunity for our supplier and retail members to engage and network. By combining the strength of our membership and the expertise of the Jewelry Information Center team, we are able to provide a fashion and networking experience at Conclave that truly sparkles," said Ruth Batson, the executive director of the AGS.
