Creative Gems and Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. of Mumbai, India was granted the trademark Diyaan (DEVICE OF DIAMOND) (number 2339439) with Class 14 classification. The company filed for the trademark on May 29, 2012. Deepak Zaveri & Co. of Ahmedabad, India received a trademark for its jewelry ''Direct'' label (number 1242155) under Class 14. The application was filed on October 9, 2003. Deepak Zaveri & Co. manufactures gold, diamond and silver jewelry and coins.
