RAPAPORT... Frederick Goldman Inc. appointed Michele Dowling Johnson as its new chief marketing officer. Dowling Johnson (pictured) will provide strategic leadership and direction in marketing to the company’s multi-channel branding initiatives. She will also provide the creative strategy to support the company’s continued growth and future success. Jonathan Goldman, the CEO of Frederick Goldman, said, “As our company continues to grow, it is critical that we focus on developing long-term brand building and business development. Michele’s background in these areas will be a tremendous help to the company as she will spend a major portion of her time on strategic and creative initiatives.” Prior to joining Frederick Goldman, Dowling Johnson held various senior level positions in marketing, strategy and brand management at L’Oreal, Revlon and King and Balducci's Food Markets.
