RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) awarded Oz's Jewelers Corporation of North Carolina the trademark ''Steal Her Heart'' with the registration number 4386612 on August 20, 2013. Oz's Jewelers filed for the trademark on June 27, 2012. The USPTO also granted Sterling Jewelers Inc. of Ohio the trademark ''Shades of Wonder'' with the registration number 4389393 on August 20. Sterling filed for the trademark on July 16, 2012. This new brand trademarked for Sterling, the U.S. subsidiary of Signet Group, follows the approval of ''Artistry Diamonds,'' which Rapaport News reported yesterday.
