RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) granted the trademark ''Celebration 102'' to TXDC L.P. collectively with Zale Delaware Inc. (Zale Corporation) on August 27 with the registration number 4393835.
''Celebration 102'' refers to goods and services, including jewelry and diamonds, and it was originally requested on August 23, 2012. As reported by Rapaport News yesterday, Zale Corporation received the trademark ''The Celebration Diamond Collection'' on September 3 with the registration number 4397639.
The USPTO also issued the trademark ''Daniel's Making Diamond Dreams Come True'' on September 3 to Sherwood Management Co. Inc. of Culver City, California, with the registration number 4394262.
Sherwood Management conducts business as Daniel's Jewelers and applied for the trademark term on January 9. ''Daniel's Making Diamond Dreams Come True'' refers to retail store services featuring jewelry, watches, rings, necklaces, bracelets, pins, earrings and diamond jewelry.
In addition, the USPTO issued the trademark ''Bijoux Luxury Jewelers'' to Deaton Investments Inc. of California with the registration number 4394850 on September 3. The Redlands-based jewelry store filed for its trademark name on July 9, 2012.
