RAPAPORT... David Yurman created two limited-edition pieces in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month: the women's Special Edition Pink Ceramic CLASSIC® timepiece and the Pink Sapphire Starburst pendant, a new addition to the Starburst collection.  The jeweler earmarked 20 percent of the purchase price of both styles for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF). The CLASSIC Ceramic timepiece features a stainless steel and pink ceramic bracelet and the brand's iconic Cable is seamlessly integrated into the 34-millimeter case, complete with diamond bezel and it retails for about $7,200. The Sapphire includes a 16-millimeter pendant with pink sapphires in sterling silver. This special design was described as an ode to Yurman's wife, Sybil, and her love of fireworks, and retails for about $595.
