Alex Woo, Motiwala Jewellery and 'Kabbalah Cut Diamond' Receive Trademarks

RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) issued the trademark "Kabbalah Cut Diamond" on September 2 to M.S.B.H. Alliance Ltd. of Antwerp, Belgium with the registration number 4597377. The trademark was originally filed on March 19, 2008 and first used in commerce on June 30, 2012.

Alex Woo Inc. of New York received approval for the trademark "Mini Additions" on September 9 with registration number  4601502. Alex Woo requested the trademark on February 20 as it refers to diamond jewelry, charms, watches and fashion jewelry. "Mini Additions" was first used in commerce on May 5, 2010.

In India, the Office of the Trade Marks Registry approved the trademark "Motiwala Jewellery Exports" for Motiwala Jewellery Exports Pvt. Ltd. on August 18 with registration number 1964537. The company has been using the name since May 1, 2008 to refer to its wholesale and retail outlets business, including services relating to distribution, trading and marketing, exporting of gold, silver and artificial jewelry, diamond jewelry and diamond ornaments.
