RAPAPORT... Safian & Rudolph Jewelers celebrated the grand opening of its newly remodeled 1,300-square-foot showroom on Jeweler's Row in Philadelphia. During much of the year, the family-owned business updated their traditional style interior to a trendier, modern, elegant design and the location reopened just in time for the height of  Christmas-season shopping.

Safian & Rudolph Jewelers hosted customers and vendors with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and held a ribbon-cutting ceremony. In addition, the jeweler launched a social media contest, which asked attendees to hashtag and post photos of themselves at the occasion for a chance to win a diamond necklace.

The retailer has been in business for six decades at the corner of 7th and Sansom streets.
