Rapaport India Appoints Harsh Parekh New Managing Director

RAPAPORT... Press Release: The Rapaport Group is pleased to announce that Harsh Parekh has been appointed the new managing director of Rapaport India. Parkeh is a 15-year veteran of India’s diamond industry. He has previously worked in jewelry merchandising for Walmart and most recently directed buying operations for Zale Corporation in India. Rapaport India, with offices in Mumbai and Surat, employs 68 team members who support our Rapaport, RapNet®, GIA LabDirect®, Information, Research and Trading Services.

The Rapaport Group congratulates Pooja Kotwani on her upcoming wedding. Kotwani has been with Rapaport India for over 11 years and has served as its managing director for the past seven years. She will be taking on a new senior management role for international development during the second quarter of 2015.
