Jewelers Board of Trade Confirms Officers, Directors

RAPAPORT... Following elections, the Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT) confirmed that those on the board who will serve a one-year term include Richard Weisenfeld of Pranda North America Inc., acting as board chairman, Todd Wolleman of Leo Wolleman Inc., as first vice chairman, Michael L. Kaplan of Rocket Jewelry Box Inc., as second vice chairman, Dione D. Kenyon as president, Brenda M. Pimentel as secretary and  Alisa D. Dumond as treasurer.

Newly elected members of the board will serve a two-year term, including Danielle Ingwer Cohen of Leo Ingwer Inc. and Jared Ashland of Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co. Re-elected members of the board will serve two years and include Kaplan,  Phyllis Bergman of Mercury Ring, Brian D. Fleming of Carla Corporation, Kevin Green of  Seiko Corporation of America, Richard Katz of Samuel Aaron Inc.,  Richard LeStage of LeStage Manufacturing Co.,  Avi Raz of A & Z Pearls Inc. and Pinny Rubin of Quality Gold Inc.

In addition to Weisenfeld and Wolleman, the following members are currently serving  their existing terms: Ann S. Arnold of Arnold Advisory Group, Anthony J. Capuano of HSBC Bank USA,  Edward N. DeCristofaro of LDC Inc.,  Philip Holden of The Gordon Company Inc., Basant Johari of Kuber Manufacturing Inc. and Roderick H. Lichtenfels of W. R. Cobb Company.

The JBT's advisory board members who will continue to serve their existing term include Richard Greenwood of A. F. Greenwood Co. Inc. and F. Daniel Pharr of Pharr Valuation & Business Services LLC.
