Couture Selects Winners of Design Awards

RAPAPORT... The winners of the 2015 Couture Design Awards were announced during the Couture show in Las Vegas. Gannon Brousseau, the show director, said, “When we cut through all of the pageantry and ceremony of Couture, we are left with the reason we all came together in the first place — the designs.” In addition to the design awards, Couture presented the Human Spirit Award to designer Todd Reed.
