The museum
will display diamonds and diamond jewelry, including famous stones, and will
include pieces that are as yet unknown to the public.
The creation of the museum will be charted in a filmed documentary that is scheduled to be broadcast worldwide on the National Geographic and Discovery television channels and will be offered to television networks in different countries.
“Facets of
Mankind is to be a living documentary of the journey of diamonds and its
relationship with the human race," said Alex Popov, chairman of the World
Diamond Mark.
