RAPAPORT... Antwerp-headquartered diamond manufacturer IGC Group has appointed Kim Pelletier as president of its fine-jewelry division, IGC Brand Services.

The Chicago-based subsidiary manufactures diamonds, designs jewelry, and distributes the Naledi brand of engagements rings. Pelletier will oversee the company’s growth by developing its contacts with retailers across North America and expanding its brands, including Naledi, she told Rapaport News Wednesday.

Pelletier was previously senior vice president of the luxury division of Jacmel, where she oversaw its Michael Aram and Stephen Dweck brands. She was also vice president of sales for John Hardy and executive vice president of Hearts on Fire’s Memoire division.
