United Brands Lists Top 10 Industry Brands

RAPAPORT...  Consulting firm United Brands Worldwide compiled a top 10 list of jewelry brands, diamond cuts, and designers based upon feedback from the group's affiliates. United Brands' president Lyle Rose said the rankings were based upon  product quality, design commitment, consumer value, consumer recognition, brand differentiation and marketing effectiveness.

For the top 10 jewelry brands, United Brands listed:

1. Graff
2. Cartier
3. Harry Winston
4. Van Cleef & Arpels
5. Bulguri
6. Fred Leighton
7. JAR
8. Boucheron
9. David Webb
10. Leviev

The top 10 jewelry brands for the luxury category included:
1. Chopard
2. Tiffany & Co.
3. Piaget
4. Mikimoto
5. de Grisogono
6. Buccellati
7. Chaumet
8. De Beers
9. Korloff
10. Pasquale Bruni

Entry level top 10 jewelry brands were:
1. Pandora
2. Baccarat
3. Swarovski
4. Thomas Sabo
5. Kenneth Jay Lane
6. Juicy Couture
7. Hello Kitty
8. Judith Jack
9. Judith Ripka
10. Lagos

The top 10 fashion jewelry brands included:
