RAPAPORT... A panel of design and style experts will present “Objects of Desire: Lessons from Leaders in Jewelry, Fashion & Style” at the Women’s Jewelry Association’s (WJA) Metro Chapter 2012 “Spring Fling,” co-hosted with VERANDA magazine on May 16 in New York City. Special guest Fern Mallis, the creator of New York Fashion Week, will moderate the panel featuring VERANDA's editor-in-chief, Dara Caponigro, stylist and fashion editor  Lori Goldstein, and award-winning jewelry designer Alexis Bittar.

WJA Metro's president Desiree Hanson said, “WJA Metro is thrilled to present this extraordinary group of superstars in fashion, jewelry, and style at our ‘Spring Fling.' We are also delighted to have VERANDA as our co-host this year, as it celebrates its 25th anniversary.”

Spring Fling runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., providing time for networking, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before the panel discussion. Tickets to the event are $60 for members and $75 for non-members, on or before May 9.
