JNA Awards Program Names Lead Judges

RAPAPORT... The organizer of the JNA Awards announced that Albert Cheng, the managing director of the World Gold Council - Far East;  James Courage, the CEO of Platinum Guild International and Lin Qiang, the president of the Shanghai Diamond Exchange (SDE) will be judging the event this year. The deadline to enter  is May 22.  JNA Awards are sponsored by Rio Tinto Diamonds and Chow Tai Fook, with Gubelin Gem Lab, the Israel Diamond Institute, K.A.R.P. Group, Robert Wan Tahiti and the Shanghai Diamond Exchange acting as honored partners.

"We are very proud that these three industry leaders have, once again, accepted our invitation to be part of our esteemed panel of judges for the second edition of the JNA Awards," said Letitia Chow, the founder of Jewellery News Asia (JNA). "They are among the world's most recognized experts representing key sectors of the jewelry industry and bringing insight into specific areas of the business."

Cheng said, "I am delighted to join the judging panel again for the second edition of the JNA Awards. The inaugural event was a success and I am looking forward to seeing high-quality applications this year."

Courage added, "It is an honor to be invited again as a judge of the JNA Awards. The Awards are now seen as an industry-wide platform for excellence and I am proud to be associated with it."

Qiang stated, "The JNA Awards 2013 promises to be another ground-breaking event. I am delighted to offer my expertise once again to recognize and honor outstanding organizations and individuals."
