Press Release: The New York Diamond Dealers Club's (DDC) president, Reuven Kaufman, announced that for a second edition of Israel Diamond Week in Manhattan,  his bourse will host more than 100 Israel diamond companies from the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE), from November 11 to 14, 2013.

Israel Diamond Week 2013 is a follow-up to the successful program that was convened at the DDC in December 2012 and which initiated follow-up U.S./International Diamond Weeks in Israel in March and August of this year.

According to Kaufman, “Israel Diamond Week will provide members of DDC and the Israel Diamond Exchange unique opportunities to do business and network.  It will benefit members of both bourses as well as the entire industry.”

IDE's president, Yair Sahar, said, “When we meet again on the DDC trading floor we do so knowing that these events are good for business and that they also enhance relationships between DDC and IDE members.  I wish to pay tribute to DDC's president Kaufman for his support, and for bringing business back to the trading floor.”

Kaufman added that in addition to welcoming more than 100 prominent Israeli companies, Israel Diamond Week will include related events, such as keynote speakers on the state of the industry as well as recognize the achievements of notable industry leaders.”
