Press Release: Following years of resounding success and ever-increasing demand for exhibition space, Hong Kong International Jewellery Show introduced a new concept of ''2 shows 2 venues'' for 2014. A record of over 3,500 exhibitors from more than 40 countries and regions are expected in 2014 to showcase a greater variety of products to double buyers and exhibitors business opportunities.

The 2014 fair will be transformed with the HKTDC Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show (HKIDGPS) March 3 to 7 at the AsiaWorld-Expo, showcasing jewelry and raw materials, while the HKTDC Hong Kong International Jewellery Show (HKIJS) follows  from March 5 to 9 at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre, continuing to exhibit the most exquisite jewelry collections.

Astonishing Collections
Both exhibitors and buyers greatly appreciated as the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show has generated numerous opportunities from previous years.

“We have exhibited at the show since 2007. The Hall of Extraordinary is the best place to promote our unique and exclusive jewelry to the right buyers, we were able to meet with quality buyers from the Chinese mainland, Indonesia and Vietnam,” said Alan Chun, the director of Gaily Jewellery Company Limited of Hong Kong, speaking at the last edition of the show.

With continual popularity and support from exhibitors and buyers, HKTDC proudly presents a new extension of Hall of Extraordinary at the Hong Kong International Jewellery Show this year. Along with the debut of double deck premium booths featuring English-style decorations, the Hall of Extraordinary will be displaying distinctive high-end jewelry collections. This elegantly decorated exhibition hall offers prominent jewelry companies such as: Divine Star (HK) Limited, Lili Jewelry Limited, Novel Collection Ltd., Oriental Gemco Pvt. Ltd., Chii Lih Coral (Taiwan), and Fook Wing Tong Jade & Treasure Limited, with more space and new booth icons to highlight their astonishing jewelry pieces.

For example, Lili Jewelry, a young and dynamic company that will be exhibiting at the Hall of Extraordinary, endeavors to offer worldwide fashion-conscious clients distinctive jewelry pieces with exquisitely cut diamonds, polished and provided by its mother company in Israel. Chii Lih Coral Co. Ltd. from Taiwan, another exhibitor at the luxurious double-deck hall, offers a fascinating collection of jewelry and decorative items made with rare and precious natural coral, featuring a touch of oriental beauty.
Dehres Ltd., a major global supplier of large certified diamonds, exquisite colored stones and high-end jewelry, will also be located at the Hall of Extraordinary. The company sources rough diamonds from high-quality and reliable fields and polishes them in its cutting facilities in New York, Antwerp and Tel Aviv. Additionally, United Jewelry Co. is a fine jade jewelry manufacturer, with a factory in Foshan on the Chinese mainland, which offers clients a sophisticated one-stop service, from sourcing raw materials in Myanmar to design and production.

With such and many more renowned exhibitors, international buyers and exhibitors are provided with dazzling business opportunities.

Hall of Fine Diamonds
On the other hand, the Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show focuses on showcasing loose gem stones, pearls and diamonds. Moving forward to cater to the needs of buyers in search of diamonds, a brand new zone—Hall of Fine Diamonds, will make its debut at the Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show, offering a wide variety of loose diamonds that guarantees consistent quality.

Presenting two five-day shows in more spacious and specialized platforms allows exhibitors to expand their business opportunities and buyers to realize their sourcing goals. During the overlapping days (March 5, 6, 7), courtesy shuttle services will be provided between HKCEC and AWE to maximize convenience for traders in visiting both venues.

Enlightening seminars covering topics on market trends, online sales and jewelry design will be held throughout the fair dates. Nonetheless, networking social events, as well as mini parades with exhibitors’ products will be offered, ensuring a dazzling experience for all.
