ALROSA Purchases Moscow Office Building for $92M

RAPAPORT... ALROSA purchased an office building in Moscow for $91.5 million. The building is located in AFI Development's Aquamarine III Business complex in downtown Moscow.

According to AFI, the building will serve as ALROSA's Moscow headquarters, replacing the company's current offices located at 10/12, 1-st Kazachy Pereulok.

AFI Development is a Russian real estate developer owned by diamond mogul Lev Leviev.
