RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) approved the trademark ''Boston Private Jewelers'' on March 4 for registrant Todd Bello of Needham, Massachusetts on March 4 with the registration number 4490776.
Boston Private Jewelers filed for the trademark on July 2, 2013 and it was first used in April 2005. The trademark covers mail order and retail store services featuring jewelry, watches and diamonds; online retail store services featuring jewelry, watches and diamonds; and online wholesale store services featuring jewelry, watches and diamonds.
