RAPAPORT... CIRCA opened a private office in Short Hills, New Jersey at 51 JFK Parkway. The new location will begin accepting appointments on April 2 and operate in partnership with the brand's New York City office to accommodate demand for services. The Short Hills office will be led by CIRCA's co-founder, Jeffrey Singer, a jewelry expert with more than 30 years of experience in the luxury jewelry industry.

Since opening in New York City in 2001, we have built a loyal following in the Tri-State area and we strive to make the jewelry selling process as convenient as possible for our clients.
