RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) issued the trademark "Bouquet by Leo Schachter" to Leo Schachter Diamonds LLC of New York on June 10 with the registration number 4548084.
Leo Schachter filed for the trademark on February 16, 2012 and first used the term in reference to diamonds and jewelry in November 2013.
The USPTO granted the trademark "The Beauty is in the Brilliance" to A. Link Partners Inc. of New York on June 10 with the registration number 4547926. The trademark refers to a wide range of jewelry, precious stones and diamonds and it was first used in May 2010.
In India, the Office of The Trade Marks Registry approved the trademark "Emporieo De Jewel" to B B Zaveri Pvt. Ltd. of Mumbai on June 9 with the registration number 2361367. The company has been using the trademark since April 2009 and it applies to business services, wholesale and retail outlets and showrooms that market and distribute diamond jewelry, silver and gold jewelry, chronometric instruments and other items.
The Office of The Trade Marks Registry also approved the trademark "Mahaveer Jewellery Mart" for the company bearing that name on June 9 with the registration number 1864508. Mahaveer Jewellery Mart has been using the trademark since May 27, 1996 to retail jewelry of all kinds, including diamonds, gemstones and precious metals.
