U.S. Patent Office Approves Trademark "Certified Sexy Diamonds", others

RAPAPORT... The USPTO issued the Certified Sexy Diamonds trademark to the Florida-based I Do Diamond Ring Boutique LLC on August 18. Trademark application serial number 86072401 was filed on September 23, 2013, according to U.S. Fed News. The trademark refers to retail store services and online retail store services, featuring jewelry featuring diamonds. The company has been using the trademark since December 31, 2013.

FMTM Distribution Ltd. received an approval for the Conquistadore Grand Prix trademark from the USPTO on August 18. Trademark application serial number 86072401 was filed on July 6, 2012, according to U.S. Fed News. The trademark refers to horological and chronometric instruments; stop watches; component parts and accessories for timepieces included in this class.

The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office issued a patent on August 18 for "Method for producing nanocrystalline diamond coatings on gemstones and other substrates" and identified Suneeta S. Neogi and Jayant Neogi, both from Temecula, California, as inventors, according to U.S. Fed News. The United States Patent no. 9,108,888, was issued on August 18. The patent was filed on July 20, 2009, under application number 12/505,648.

The trademark Yierlove, with registration number 4794721, was issued to Huang Dan Sen Individual China on August 18 by the USPTO. The trademark application serial number 86500089 was filed on January 9 and was registered on August 18. The trademark refers to agate and sardonyx; bracelets; charms; diamond; ear studs; earrings; figurines of precious metal; hat ornaments of precious metal; jade; jewelry; jewelry boxes; necklaces; pearls; precious stones; rings; semi-precious stones; synthetic diamonds; works of art of precious metal; wristwatches. Huang Dan Sen has been using Yierlove since January 6, 2015.
