Diamcor Raises $4.5M for Krone-Endora Project

RAPAPORT... Diamcor Mining closed a private
placement, with gross proceeds of $4.5
million (CAD 5.8 million) to advance the Krone-Endora at Venetia Project in
South Africa.
The offering was oversubscribed, with 90 percent of the “units”
acquired by institutional investors, Diamcor said. One unit, sold for
$0.85 (CAD 1.10) each, comprises one common share and half a common share
purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to buy one share at an
exercise price of $1.23 (CAD 1.60). |
