Forevermark Opens Boutique in India

RAPAPORT... Forevermark, in collaboration with retailer Indian Gem &
Jewellery Creation, has opened a boutique in India that will exclusively feature
stones from the De Beers-owned brand.
“This is the first exclusive store that Forevermark has
opened in east India, and we could not be happier to have done that with Indian
Gem & Jewellery Creation, which shares similar values and provides fashion-forward
jewelry to its consumers,” said Sachin Jain, president of Forevermark India.
The store, located in Calcutta, is the second of
its kind in the world, and will sell diamond jewelry and loose stones.
The new location will feature several collections, including
a variety of diamond jewelry designed for men.
The boutique also has a black-room enclosure where a
12-carat diamond is on display to demonstrate light performance.
Indian actress Karisma Kapoor (pictured, center) helped inaugurate the event.
