RAPAPORT... Richline Group has promoted three team members to executive positions in its jewelry division, following the appointment of Dave Meleski as CEO.

Bobby Kempler (pictured, right) will take on the newly created role of president of the jewelry segment, the Berkshire Hathaway-owned manufacturer said last week. Kempler joined Richline in 2017 after its acquisition of Samuel Aaron Group, of which he was CEO.

Ramona Genao-Archibald (left) has become executive vice president for jewelry sales and merchandising, working alongside Kempler.

Additionally, Michael Schwartz will be president of Inverness, Richline’s ear-piercing and accessories division, replacing Alan Kaufman, who will retire on December 31. Kaufman will assist with the transition before leaving, with Schwartz assuming the role on September 1.

“We are optimistic about our future, thanks to a key group of experienced, committed executives that will continue to advance our position as a customer-first, innovative, responsible company,” Meleski said.
