RAPAPORT... The Plumb Club, an alliance of suppliers to the jewelry, diamond and watch industries, has elected Sam Sandberg of A.Jaffe as its president.

Sandberg will succeed Michael Lerche of Goldstar Jewellery, who has stood down after serving the maximum term of three years but will remain on the board, The Plumb Club said last week. Roger Forman of Marathon Company will leave his position as treasurer and take over from Sandberg as vice president.

The New Jersey-based organization, which works to connect members with customers, has also named Corinna Bhasin of FD Worldwide Merchandise Group as treasurer. Kevan Peck of Color Merchants and Brevani will become secretary.

Ray Mastoloni of Mastoloni Pearls and Alok Mehta of IDD will join returning board members Kristie Nicolosi of The Kingswood Company, Pranav Shay of KGS Jewels, and A.J. Tosyali of Benchmark Wedding Rings.

Meanwhile, Roopam Jain, who has reached the term limit of seven years, will exit the board, while Victor Weinman of Original Designs (ODI) will continue as The Plumb Club Pavilion Chair.
