RAPAPORT... Bailey Banks & Biddle recently enhanced their online customer experience by introducing a new "Design Studio," which allows shoppers to customize jewelry to their own specifications. The system also allows customers to view prices for comparison shopping and the retailer added a new members-only private boutique featuring more than 1,500 new items from "Baileys' Vault," where popular designer brands such as Charles Krypell, Gucci, Bixby, Pianegonda and many others are offered at a discount.
