RAPAPORT... Samuels Jewelers and Samuels Diamonds introduced the new Jessica Simpson Fine Jewelry line to its stores. Simpson released her jewelry line in the second half of 2011 and now Samuels has become a distributor of the collection. The Simpson pieces include rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings, all crafted in sterling silver and 10-karat gold and set with diamonds. Butterflies represent “I Am Free” jewelry, hearts are featured in “I Am Irresistible” pieces, and crosses are represented in “I Am Devoted” necklaces and rings. “Jewelry is such a personal expression of style and taste,” Simpson said. “This collection has allowed me to create pieces that truly reflect who I am and that can become a keepsake of a lifetime.” The jewelry line was designed to attract younger shoppers and carries price points that are generally less than $100.
